Returns and Refunds
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGE ITEMS OR SIZE:
The Customer who wishes to change size, color or item must submit the return procedure and place a new order.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
You can return the goods within 14 days of delivery.
Sale items cannot be returned.
The right of return applies to the product purchased in its entirety.
The cost of collection and shipping for the exchange of goods (or return of the item) are charged to the customer at a cost of €6.
The right of withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:
- the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- must show the tag;
- products must be returned in their original packaging.
Simply contact us by email info@luzdesol.it or on whatsapp at +39 338 567 0723 to request a return. Our team will take charge of the request and proceed with the verification of the order.
If all the required conditions have been met, the price of the purchased products will be refunded.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products returned to you at your expense.
If you refuse this shipment, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase of the products.
After receiving your return and checking that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
The refund will be activated as soon as possible, once it has been verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the conditions indicated above.
CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL
For orders paid by credit card or Paypal, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 working days and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the card used.
MARK
For orders placed with Cash on Delivery, the time frame is 15 days from your IBAN communication. You can indicate it in the email or via whatsapp message.
